Here are this month’s dressing tips from C. Marie. Yes! They actually work!
For the Pear Shaped
If you’re pear shaped (smaller on top and curvier on bottom like me) and you want your bottom half to appear smaller, wear darker colors for bottoms and lighter color tops. Dark colors are slimming, such as black (my fav) or navy, or coco brown
For the Apple Shaped
If you are apple shaped (bigger on top, slim legs), wear darker colors on top, and lighter colors on bottom. The lighter colors will make your bottom appear more curvy.M
NEVER wear horizontal stripes!!! (I learned this one the hard way, at a photo shoot!) Unless, you want to look as wide as the horizon! Instead, pick a nice verticle stripe, that will make your body look taller, or slimmer, or just darn cute!!!
